What a whirlwind these past few months have been! Here at Herbins' it seemed that every day would bring a new sign on the front door with new restrictions. When it became clear that the best way to protect our staff and clients was by closing the doors, it was a tough decision, but the safety of our clients will always come first. During this time of being 'closed' our staff have been buzzing behind the scenes! Co-ordinating safe and distanced pickups of pending repairs and orders, keeping up with bookkeeping, and to our surprise keeping up with many online inquiries! We were so encouraged by the continuing support of our clients through our website we knew the next step was activating online shopping!
To protect both ourselves and our clients, our online shopping will be via MEMO ORDERING. Memo ordering allows you to shop our website, and 'purchase' items without inputting your banking information online! How it works is when you place your 'memo order' Our Team is notified, once we receive this notification we will contact you by phone, and process the payment and confirm your shipping preferences/ In-store pick up.

I placed my order, when can I expect to receive my phone call? We will be processing memo orders MONDAY-WEDNESDAY-FRIDAY from 10AM-12PM. You can expect to receive a call during one of those weekdays after your order is placed.
I do not want to pick it up in-store. Can I have my item shipped to me? Yes! To keep contact as minimal as possible we are happy to ship your item to you for a fee. If you are local (Wolfville, Port Williams, Gaspereau, Grand Pre) we are happy to personally deliver your item to you at no cost.
My order is a surprise, do you have to call? We would prefer to co-ordinate payment and pick up over the phone. If your order is a surprise, let us know in the NOTE section of your order. We can continue to correspond via email and coordinate a safe time to call.
I want to purchase a ring, but you don't have my size in-stock. Can you size it? Unfortunately, until our suppliers and Custom Jewellery Repair house re-open we are unable to size the rings we have in-stock as well as we are unable to order in other sizes at the moment. However, when our repair house re-opens, we would be happy to size any gold rings purchased at no charge when sizing is possible.
I ordered a piece online and I am not 100% happy, can I return it? Our return policy will remain the same for online orders. Before purchasing you will have to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
I saw a piece on your website before, and it's gone. Can I still order it? When online ordering was activated, we removed jewellery items that we don't have in-store and are unable to order at the present moment. When we can order from our suppliers again the inventory will be back online. This allows you to browse the items actually available to order! The exception to this would be engagement rings and wedding bands, which all items have remained active to browse, and it is noted which are in-stock.
I don't see any chains; do you sell them? Yes! We still have many items not on the website, and more will be added every week! The best thing is to send us a message if you don't see what you're looking for, there's a good chance we have it in-store.
