The dates for our Fall 2021 Graduation Ring Sale have been set for September 27th - October 9th and we hope to see many of you in the store to save 10% off your graduation ring order.
Please read along for some FAQ before booking an appointment to order your ring
Do I need an appointment?
Yes & No! We will not turn away walk in's so long as there is available staff to assist you, but booking an appointment will ensure you arrive at a time when our staff is available. This also gives us time to properly sanitize our ring samples and sizers in-between appointments. If you walk in, there could be a wait!
Can I order Online?
Yes, but you must be confident in your ring size! We have posted our order form in a PDF version online, this can be filled out and e-mailed to info@herbinjewellers.com and we will respond with the corresponding payment details. This can only be done only if you have been sized previously by the Herbins team, or a local jeweller in your area. If you guess your ring size we cannot guarantee it will fit and there could be a fee to correct the sizing. When you are sized by the Herbins' Team the ring is guaranteed to fit, and there is no fee to correct the size if it does not fit upon pick up.
Can I bring in my friends/ roommates/ parents to my appointment?
We are happy to relax our 'one-friend-only' policy and welcome back in groups of students to browse and place orders. If you will be coming in with some friends it is even more important to book an appointment to give our team time to prepare. If you are coming with 3+ people please book two appointments back-to-back as you will most likely need longer than half an hour.
Does the sale apply to Acadia Jewellery?
No. The sale applies to graduation rings only. However, every graduation ring comes with a 10% off In-Stock Items coupon that can be used for anything at Herbin Jewellers (including Acadia Jewellery!).
Can I change the background?
Yes! All of our graduation rings are fully customizable and you are able to choose your metal colour, background colour, shoulder engravings, and inside engraving.
What are your COVID protocols?
Masks are mandatory. We strongly encourage everyone to sanitize their hands when they enter (before trying on the rings) and social distance as much as possible.
How long does it take for my ring to arrive?
It can take 5-8 weeks for your order to arrive.
*Herbin Jewellers is the only location selling Grad Rings this year. That means you will NOT be able to order a ring at Cajuns*
