Sterling Silver Dragonfly necklace with abstract Celtic knot detailing.

Includes 18" chain.

The Dragonfly is a symbol of good luck, transformation and self realization. Remember to live life to the fullest.

When you wear the dragonfly you are showing that you are a part of nature and that nature is a part of you. Dragonflies have a history that goes back long before humans roamed the earth, long before all but the earliest dinosaurs. For 325 million years these creatures have been part of nature’s cycle, and they continue to be unfettered and free from constraint. When you see a dragonfly you’re never certain what direction it will fly. It can move forward or backward on a whim, up or down, side to side. The dragonfly is a marvel of nature, and when you wear one you harness that nature with you.

Combine that with the Celtic imagery in these Keith Jack designs: the abstracted Celtic Knot made from Dark Rhodium. The Celtic Knot is omnipresent in Celtic jewelry, a symbol of eternity, a twisting knot with no beginning and no end, and yet somehow managing to be far more than just a plain circle.

Herbin Jewellers Keith Jack
Keith Jack

Keith has spent his life submersed in every aspect of the Jewellery business, but it wasn’t until the birth of his two children that he became serious about designing jewellery himself. More than anything, he credits Caitlin and Sam for igniting his passion for creation. Keith draws inspiration from the raw beauty of the Scottish and Irish landscapes. Each of his collections offers something unique that he has seen in a hidden mountain loch, the grey sky over the glen or the ripples on a sandy beach. Inspiration becomes design. Such resources push him to combine textured precious metals and exotic gemstones in surprising and stunning ways. His designs are strengthened by his ability to blend ancient Celtic symbolism with contemporary style and elegance. Keith currently lives in Vancouver, but frequently returns home to Scotland, spending time in the wild and beautiful country that is his muse.
