Payment method options vary depending on client history, client location, order size, as well as we reserve the right to refuse the completion of online orders at our own discretion. Upon placement of an online order, a Herbin Jewellers representative will be in touch within 1 - 3 business days with your payment method options and to confirm your order. As we are a small business, we appreciate your flexibility regarding our online ordering best practices.

In-store pick-up is available for all online orders at no charge. Due to the precious nature of our products, if an order needs to be shipped, it will be couriered securely through Purolator or FedEx. Shipping fees vary depending on order size and parcel destination.

We offer a 30-day return policy valid for unworn pieces.
Custom pieces generally cannot be returned as they reflect individual taste and may not be re-saleable. We commit, however, to modifying your piece in order to make it right for you.
For layaways and special orders, a minimum deposit of 50% is generally required
What happens if she doesn't like it? As long as the ring has not been worn or altered, a full exchange or refund will be awarded.

For the first five years, we provide a free on-site inspection and refinishing of your engagement ring every six months. This assures that your diamond is secure and relieves you of this added worry in your day.
